We invest a LOT of consideration into hiring, and your role’s responsibilities will have a huge impact on helping us build an amazing team to make our vision come true!About the roleWe are looking for someone who will:Be in charge of the sourcing channels for your profiles - Managing a variety of sources and actively sourcing.Manage the full recruitment process for multiple roles, from interviews to onboarding new hiresCreate an amazing candidate experienceAdvise and partner closely with hiring managersBe involved in People initiatives and processes as a part of our small yet mighty People teamBe an ambassador for our culture and play a major role in achieving the company’s growth goals!Thought partner for recruitment and other people processesReady to join this rocketship? We want to hear from you!Requirements:What you bring to the tableEnergetic, smiley people’s person with great communication skills in Hebrew and English - MUSTPassion for recruitment and HR - MUSTMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical recruiter at a software company - MUSTA high level of English and Hebrew - MUSTExperience working with Comeet - a big advantageExcellent time management skills and ability to multitaskExperience with technical recruitments - a big advantageJoin us! who knows where this will take!
