Required Application and Support Manager
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for supporting our customers, pre-sale and post-sale
Build a capable and proactive team of application engineers
Run by himself and through his team demos, customer trainings and other pre-sale activities
Manage delivery to customers, version control on each release to customers and prepare supporting documentation
Responsible of customers successful design and usage of our products
Supporting the customers building their system out of our ASICs and modules
Follow up and monitor customer progress developing and evaluating our products, drive internal teams to supply solutions to any issue raising with the customer.

Requirements:
About 5 years of experience in HW, SW or chip design development
About 3 years in customer services, application or FAE positions
Managerial capabilities
Experience with complex communication or networking systems involving combined HW and embedded SW
Excelling verbal and written communication skills in English
BSc in Computer science/ Electrical engineering from known university
Experience with RF systems, antennas and RF test equipment Advantage
Experience in the telecom domain Advantage.
