Responsibilities
-Oversee demand planning and management processes for new and existing products.
-Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.
-Prepare production planning needs based on Markets demand
-Work with customers, sales, and marketing to improve forecast accuracy.
-Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands
-Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
-Coordinate shipments schedule with customers
-Maintain inventory levels, cost reduction and availability based product life cycle
-Address demand related queries and issues in a timely manner.
-Schedule monthly forecast meetings with all customers as required
-Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans.

Requirements:
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering or logistics or relevant degrees
- 2-3 years experience working in planning, Supply chain
- Industrial Engineering or logistics degrees
- Experience with ERP systems Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Excel
- Fast learner, Independent and autodidact, who has the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical communication skills
- Excellent English
- Customer oriented with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners
