Manager Demand Planning

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Leads the bottom-up IBP process for the cluster at channel and brand level to deliver the top line (Gross sales to SM) plan, providing guidance for the monthly RFC. Provides reporting and analysis for business partners.  Prepares analysis and reports for monthly SLT meetings.

Supervises and drives the business planning and tracking to achieve (financial) targets as well as the brand’s strategy. Acts as key contact for EM HUB Demand Planning to support IBP continuous improvement initiatives in the cluster, and provide omni channel, cluster insights for monthly drumbeats.   

Key Responsibilities:  IBP (Tactical)

•    Drives and leads the cluster IBP process and SLT reviews plus other validation meetings, to drive bottom-up planning in line with the EM IBP monthly DB. Fosters cross-functional collaboration to achieve one committed plan, linked to market strategic, tactical and operational plans (demand, supply and financial)
•    Represents demand planning and provides input and insights into the local Buy Plan review
•    Provides senior management team and functional teams with relevant demand planning-related trends analysis, qualitative analysis and management reports to support business decisions.
•    Helps identify opportunities and risks in IBP and to facilitate Gap closing activities.
•    Drives high level of teamwork and interaction between key functional departments.
•    Acts as key contact for EM HUB Demand Planning for better understanding of Market trends and IBP
•    Ensures timely submission of monthly IBP plan templates to HUB as per IBP deadlines

•    University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling
•    Comprehensive understanding of system landscape (IBP, SAP, Power BI, M-3 & master data systems)
•    5+ years working experience in Finance or SCM department
