Required Manufacturing Project Management Officer (PMO).
Position Summary:
To coordinate multi-disciplinary projects that deliver increased manufacturing capacity and/or efficiencies to ensure the continued and sustained supply of Technology Solutions products to meet demand expectations.
The postholder will operate within broad operational guidelines but will be expected to use a significant degree of judgement and initiative in the organization and conduct of project-related responsibilities.
Job Description:
Strategic Project Management (30%):
Work closely with Strategic Planning Director to translate Annual Priorities into Annual Operating Plan including the preparation of Project charter and resource allocation.
Responsible for the development, sustainment, and training of project management tools and business processes along with interfacing with other PMO type positions in Technology Solutions (Engineering, R&D, etc).
Assessing project performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Operational Project Management (70%):
TS Manufacturing PMO will be assigned to strategic projects that are critical to the success of the MAH Technology Solutions business, with the following activities:
Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver these projects.
Provide insight, oversight, sequencing and escalations to sponsors and stakeholders.
Support any type of project, irrespective of phase, complexity, priority or involvement with our business partners to help ensure the successful delivery of planned outcomes, on time and within budget.
Participate and/or lead of cross-functional governance committee(s).
Contribute to ongoing business process improvements and talent development.
Job Duties:
Strategic Planning and Goal setting.
Project Prioritization and alignment.
Project execution and governance.
Project Documentation, reporting and archives.
Process improvement, People and Standard Development.
Location- Netanya.

Requirements:
University Degree in business, science or equivalent with a demonstrated record of solid achievements.
Ability to develop, articulate and build support around a long-term goal and implement incremental milestones toward that goal.
Substantial experience in operational project management, ideally gained in Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Commercial, Supply Chain or Finance.
Knowledge of the Technology Solutions business.
For Internal candidates, knowledge of the MAH Technology Solutions and MAH organization.
Appreciates and respects diversity, cultures, and norms.
Adept at working independently and with all levels of the organization, and has demonstrated the following skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage resources, time, and budget effectively for given development projects; is business savvy and results oriented.
Well-developed and effective team facilitation and leadership skills; able to establish cooperative team environments.
Travel requirements: Able to travel internationally for up to 25% of working time.
Key Competencies:
The MAH TS Manufacturing PMO must:
Six (6) years experience in project management and demonstrated leadership skills
English fluent
Have effective verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence across all hierarchical levels within the broad AH organization and ability to work across the entire AH organization and delegate work across levels of experience.
Be results orientated, able to operate within the matrix organization and to be able to leverage expertise from other functions and departments.
Be a proven self-starter able to work within broad operational guidelines but also comfortable with some degree of ambiguity.
Be flexible in managing personal and project group working schedules and adaptable in managing short term or unforeseen priorities.
