TAKE A GLIMPSE INTO LIFE AT UTRON PMO – Project Management Officer (592) Hevel Modi'in Industrial Park, Israel We are looking for a PMO to join a global company! A cross-functional role with significant organizational impact.Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor ongoing projects in Israel and abroad. Develop and implement project schedules, Gantt charts, and work plans. Prepare and monitor risk management reports. Manage the budget control module for all projects within the ERP system. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management. Collaborate closely with multiple departments, including Purchasing, Engineering, Warehouse, Service, R&D, and Management.Requirements: Academic degree – Required. Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field – Advantage. At least 4–5 years of proven experience as a PMO in multidisciplinary companies. Proven experience in developing and managing project schedules using advanced planning tools. Knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Project – Required. High level of English proficiency. Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional activities, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
