We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team temporarily for 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.
This role is a maternity leave replacement, but there may be an opportunity to stay longer depending on business needs.
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who is highly product-oriented and possesses extensive experience in translating customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and sales tools to maximize ARR.
As a PMM, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and launch new products, craft go-to-market plans, and develop sales collateral and marketing assets.
You will conduct thorough market research, analyze our competitors, and leverage this knowledge to help shape our Product Strategy and roadmap.

What you'll do:
* Be an expert in company products and our market. Understand our customers interests, pains, and needs.
* Conduct market analysis to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape, help establish product differentiators, and implement learnings across the entire marketing and product sides.
* Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product, educate on features and their benefits, and train internal teams on the problems we solve for our buyers and users.
* Work closely with sales and product teams to develop key messaging, value propositions, and key differentiators.
* Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle.
* Create marketing materials (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, success stories) that articulate the benefits of our products.
* Constantly work hand-in-hand with sellers to gather feedback, optimize the sales funnel, and bring in new business.
* Provide deal support to improve sales performance, if needed.
