Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team, focusing on projects and ongoing production aspects and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to guide and lead the team focused on production efficiency and development.

Responsibilities:
Managing Chemical and Mechanical Engineers, Maintenance Staff, and Process Engineers across two production lines serving different industries.
Provide in-depth technical guidance and expertise in chemical and mechanical processes, leading the team in identifying and implementing best practices for efficient and safe operations.
Motivate, mentor, and coach a team of chemical and mechanical process engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within budget, timeline, and resource constraints.
Oversee maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Actively identify opportunities to optimize existing chemical and mechanical processes for enhanced efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Q.A., Productions) to ensure project success and facilitate knowledge exchange.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across international borders and time zones.
Proficiency in quality management methodologies and tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, etc.).
