We are looking for a Data Science Analyst to join our Machine Learning team. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to support the development, deployment & monitoring of cutting-edge recommendation systems, predictive models, and AI-driven too
Responsibilities:
Support the product teams in defining KPIs.
Conduct post-deployment performance analysis to ensure optimal functioning and continuous improvement of models.
Present findings to product managers and stakeholders, recommending future model iterations and strategy changes.
Work with data scientists and engineers to understand the technical aspects of models, helping translate complex outcomes into actionable business insights.
Collaborate with product managers to align machine learning initiatives with business objectives, influencing the direction of product development.
Act as a bridge between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency in the development and deployment processes.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend changes for improved model performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards & streamlit applications that track the performance of machine learning models, providing clear, transparent insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, or another field related to machine learning (M.Sc machine learning/data science oriented - an advantage)
Knowledge of machine learning & data science basic concepts (like loss functions)
3+ years of hands-on experience in data/ML/product analysis
Proficiency in SQL
Python (Pandas, Numpy)
Analytical skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights
Only suitable CVs will be considered.
