Operations Manager

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking sales opportunities, managing revenue data, assisting in contract preparation, and overseeing the onboarding process for new customers. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, enabling them to focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Tracking & Reporting:
Accurately track and manage all sales opportunities within the CRM
system.
Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility
into sales performance and pipeline health.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.
Maintain accurate records of revenue data, including bookings,
billings, and collections.
Assist in forecasting revenue and identifying potential revenue risks.

2. Contract Management:
Support the sales team in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring
accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to streamline contract
processes.

3. Customer Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a
smooth and positive experience.
Coordinate with relevant teams to set up accounts, provide training,
and address any initial concerns
