Social Media Management for Onward:

Develop and implement a strategy and content calendar to boost engagement and expand reach across social media platforms
Create engaging content, including static posts, videos, and infographics
Manage social media community by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor performance and analyze data for continuous improvement
Collaborate with an external agency to ensure high-quality content delivery
On-the-Ground Engagement:

Capture Real-Time content from participant groups in Israel during the peak season for use in social media and campaigns

Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in social media management, marketing, or communications.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital editing tools like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, CapCut and/or equivalent programs for content creation.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to engage and resonate with North American college students and young adults.
Native-level English proficiency; Hebrew proficiency is a plus.
Previous experience with WordPress, CRM systems, and salesforce is an advantage.
Outgoing, tech-savvy, and eager to learn and grow in the role.
Passion for Jewish engagement and a strong commitment to the mission of Birthright Israel.
