Operation Coordinator responsibility is to manage company's daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line and distribution operations.
Plan and manage manufacturing
Responsible for purchasing processes and shipments
Inventory and washhouses management
Manage subcontractors and vendors, manage materials supply
Responsible for assembly jigs and fixtures maintenance and equipment calibration
Responsible for clean room maintenance
Solving problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Providing full support for quality department in the following issues: CAPA, MRB,
Ensuring meeting the quality requirements, and product supply according to company plans.
Implement ERP system

Requirements:
B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering
3-5 years of proven experience in manufacturing environments of medical device
Professional experience in the assembly of medical device, in a clean room environment
Experience in ERP tools.
Knowledge of standards and regulations: ISO 13485, CFR21
Multi-tasking, Organized, and Hands-On
Start Up culture oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew + English)
