Sr. Director Engineering

We are looking for technically strong, upbeat, highly collaborative, and hard-working senior leader to lead a software engineering team reimagining data analytics.
You will use your experience in the areas of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and lead a team of outstanding developers focused on shipping fast and at high quality. Responsibilities:
Partner with our AI and Analytics leaders to define and refine the strategy and roadmap.
Lead the planning and development of high-quality and highly available services in the area of data analytics and generative AI.
Partner with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers to closely track progress across multiple workstreams and delivery against goals.
Retain top talent within the team; hire new top talent as the team grows; invest in continuous employee development of successful teams and have a passion for team members success and growth.
Effectively communicate and cultivate collaboration with the team with all stakeholders
Drive the development process; identify opportunities and improvements in the processes and culture of the teams and the larger engineering organization.
