Seeking a Business Analyst with proven experience in e-commerce website management and performance analysis, including data-driven decision-making and optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive sales growth. Proficiency in web measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential and expertise in A/B testing analysis and methodology.

Explore & analyze large-scale data sets and data sources (Internal DWH, Google Big-Query, Athena, and more) to optimize and improve business performance and processes.
Generate actionable insights through queries and data visualization tools (Tableau, looker)
Initiate new projects and ideas to advise the company's needs.
Driving actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions

3+ years of experience in writing complex SQL queries - must
Experience with GA4 and Big Query - must
3+ years of experience with Tableau - must
3+ years of experience in the online industry must
Proven experience in e-commerce website management, performance analysis, and proficiency in web measures - must
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Information systems, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
Experience with EXCEL
