We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our Platform Engineering team, to technically lead the design and implemenation of all the initiatives related to process quality, Developer experience and systems stability in the R&D department. A successful candidate for this position will be an experienced engineer that feels comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment, with a proven understanding of core infrastructure as well as deep knowledge in the entire application development lifecycle, from build systems, CI/CD pipelines, application architecture, security, observability and distributed tracing. The scope of responsibilities in the team is broad so we will be happy to meet candidates that do not have experience in the entire stack but share our passion for technology and are willing to invest in their self-development as technical leaders. * Implementation of our Internal Developer Portal to drive the service catalog, service lifecycle automation and infrastructure provisioning, ensuring a rictionless Developer experience for our teams.
* Collaborate with development teams to design and implement golden paths for application development and deployment, including code templates and CI/CD pipelines.
* Design, implement and maintain processes and software for security, observability, and infrastructure concerns.

Requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
* Fluent in JAVA /Kotlin Python and/or any additional mainstream programming langugage.
* Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices ideally using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK APM.
* Solid understanding of application infrastructure like Artifactory, Gitlab, Vault, etc.
* Experience with AWS ecosystem. A huge plus if you have worked in a on-prem to cloud transformation projects.
* Managerial experience in high-performing engineering teams is a big plus, as this position has a potential to transition into a TLM. Preferred Skills
* Previous experience with Internal Developer Portal. We use GetPort.io.
* Expertise developing and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline for applications.
* Sound knowledge of Kafka, application and infrastructure wise. Kafka Streams and Kafka Connect is a strong plus.
* Experience developing and maintaining internal frameworks and common code infrastructure for other developers, specially based on Spring Boot and Maven but also Python, node, etc.
* Strong background in security practices, including infrastructure security and application security.
