• Senior professional authority for junior development teams

• Source of knowledge and technological leadership

• Responsible for technical training, hands-on practical training and continuous ramp-up of professional knowledge by the new developers in relevant technologies

• Creating implementation best-practice methodologies

• Escalation point in case of technical difficulties

• Escort and mentor project design and implementation

• Define and mentor training cycles for development professions

Requirements

· Self-taught, self-motivated, leader

· Soft skills abilities, interpersonal communication, and conflict management

· Determination and persuasiveness

· 10 years of experience in a variety of Web technologies

· Management experience and project leadership

· Knowledge and experience in website app. development (Angular / react)

· Knowledge and experience in database environment (MS-SQL, PostgreSQL MongoDB)

· Experience in C#, .Net, Java, JS\TS

· Experience in technological consulting

· Experience in QA automation - advantage

· Academic degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems

· Ability to meet customers goals in strict time frames

· Private car is needed
