Co-ordinates artwork information to enable the creation, progression approval of new artworks by means of a design house/customer and print vendor;

Co-ordinates product information so the design house/customer is able to create artwork right first time according to details outlined in the design brief and instruction email;

Plans and prioritizes with the design house/customer and print vendor to ensure that the end product is delivered in a timely manner, either to meet intended product launch dates or submission deadlines;

Liaises effectively with all levels of personnel within the company, external suppliers and customers;

Is responsible for all aspects of vendor print proof approval;

Raises purchase orders to cover artwork origination costs. Monitors and agrees payment of invoices.

Requirements:
3-5 years of FP A experience in a global organization
Financial education: economics or accountant degree
Capability to lead complex, cross-company processes, and process management experience an advantage
Strong collaboration and Influencing skills
Capability to handle pressure/deadlines with the ability to deal with significant amounts of information, with attention to details
Strong Team player with positive vibes
Self-learner and independent solving problem approach
knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial an advantage
MS Excel and Presentation Skills - must
Familiarity with SAC ( SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
