Financial Record Maintenance: Accurate data entry and management of financial records, including processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and updating ledgers.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handling payments, tracking incoming payments, and ensuring timely collections. Assisting with invoice preparation and distribution.
Payroll Support: Assisting in payroll processing, ensuring employee records are up to date, and supporting the payroll team as needed.
Financial Reporting: Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assisting in audits and preparing documentation for financial reviews.
Communication and Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the finance department and other departments within the company. Ensuring clear and efficient communication, especially in English, both written and verbal.

Requirements:
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Education: Certification in bookkeeping or relevant field preferred.
Experience: Some experience in bookkeeping or accounting, particularly in a tech environment, is a plus but not required.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
