We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Recruitment Manager, to handle all HR operations & perform, supervise, support, and guide recruitment efforts.
In this role, youll play a part in shaping our human capital strategy, overseeing everything from recruitment to employee welfare, while working closely with company executives to drive our success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Handle daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, talent management, and welfare.
Lead the recruitment process, focusing on R&D technical roles.
Collaborate with different teams and key stakeholders.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to departure.
Be the main contact for employees on HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Plan and manage the HR budget.

2-3 years of experience in HR Management.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for R&D and design roles.
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Management experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
