FP&A Analyst- Petah Tikvah

The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights that drive decision-making across the organization.
This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively partner with various departments.
Job Description:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure accuracy in financial.
Projections:
Track performance against budgets/forecasts and provide variance analysis.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
Business Partnering:
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financial strategies with business objectives.
Act as a financial advisor to various departments, offering insights to guide strategic decisions.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and systems.
Streamline reporting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
