We are looking for an experienced Product Data Analyst to join our Product group. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including the leading Product Managers in the industry, to analyze product data and provide actionable insights that align with our business strategies.

Responsibilities:
Analyze products consumption and satisfaction using statistical methods and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product teams, to understand business needs and translate them into analytical projects.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau to monitor key product metrics.
Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand stakeholder needs and deliver comprehensive analyses.
Collect data from diverse business and analytics data sources and build ETLs and processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
Master leading analytical tools such as Tableau, Redash, Snowflake, Rivery, etc., that can enhance product analysis.

Requirements:
A total of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Data Analyst or similar role focused on data analysis.
BA/BSc in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
High proficiency in SQL with experience in ETL processes.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau for creating dashboards.
Proven experience in collaborating with Engineering and Product teams.
Strong task management skills along with excellent organizational abilities and team collaboration experience.
Ability to quickly understand business challenges from different perspectives Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, etc., through data analysis.
Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently while maintaining high accuracy levels under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills both written and oral in Hebrew and English.
