The Team & Role

The Demand Generation Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our B2B platform “Popular Pays†by developing and executing innovative performance marketing strategies. In this role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end campaign execution, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams to create and optimize high-impact content and funnels that generate qualified pipelines. This position is perfect for a collaborative, analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
What you will be doing

Manage end-to-end campaigns and expand our paid campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels to drive pipeline growth and revenue opportunities.

Analyze and optimize campaign data, identifying trends to refine strategy and boost performance.

Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and BI teams to support end-to-end execution of demand-generation campaigns.

Partner with product marketing, content, and design teams to develop relevant, high-impact content.

Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics to engage and convert high-value prospects.

Your skills and experience

At least 2-3 years of hands-on B2B demand generation experience, with a proven track record in pipeline creation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, product, RevOps and BI teams.

Deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and growth-oriented strategies.

Expertise in managing paid media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn and Meta.

Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions and actionable insights.

In-depth experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, including understanding when and how to leverage them effectively, complex persona targeting, and conducting deep analysis of campaign performance.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making and campaign optimization.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various functions.

Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), leveraging it to enhance demand generation efforts.
