We are seeking a talented Engineering Manager to take charge of our innovative product, Code Defender. Your main responsibility will be to oversee and lead the development and evolution of this cutting-edge client-side security and compliance product. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the product's success, creating new capabilities to protect against client-side attacks, ensuring the system is highly scalable, and keeping the system up to date with the latest security trends and regulations.
What You'll Do:
Lead and Build our Code Defender Product:
Take ownership of Code Defender and lead its development team.
Lead all developers associated with the product, ensuring cohesive teamwork and optimal productivity.
Shape both architectural and business decisions, driving meaningful impact and ensuring the product meets market demands.
End-to-End Ownership:
Take full responsibility for the product's success, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product management and field teams to ensure the product continues to grow and evolve.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and ensure our product exceeds their expectations.
System Architecture Responsibility:
Oversee the architecture of the system to ensure it can handle high-scale demands efficiently and reliably.
Implement architectural best practices to optimize system performance and scalability.
Regularly review and update the system architecture to stay aligned with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:
Experienced Engineering Manager:
At least 3 years of experience in managing an engineering team with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Hands-On Technical Expertise:
5+ years of professional experience in system design and implementation, with the ability to contribute hands-on to the development process.
Proficiency in Architectural Design:
Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale, robust, and scalable architectures.
Skilled in Cloud-Based Services:
Demonstrated expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, efficient, and robust cloud-based solutions.
Proficient in Multithreaded Programming:
Expert in handling complex challenges in high-load environments through adept use of multithreaded programming techniques.
Architectural Knowledge:
Solid understanding of architectural frameworks and best practices for large-scale backend services.
Team Player and Leader:
Known for a collaborative approach, seamlessly integrating with cross-functional teams to achieve technological excellence.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Technology Enthusiast:
