Our product management team is looking for a top-tier analyst, who can lead analysis processes end-to-end - from phrasing the right questions, through identifying the right metrics to answer them, to performing the analysis and verifying its validity and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Be the primary analytical focal point for the company.
Facilitating our data-driven decision making process, to impact our product roadmap and as well as business decisions.
Extracting analytics, insights and recommendations from structured and unstructured data sets.
Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics.
Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data-driven insights.
Answer non-trivial questions from stakeholders, and transform one-off analyses to operational reports and dashboards.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in similar roles in technology companies.
Advanced skills in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker; Tableau).
Demonstrable experience in Python and its relevant data analysis packages.
