We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing Monetization department, that works at the core of our business, optimizing our game experience and driving revenue.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Monetization, Product Management, R&D, Technical Operations, Art and other teams to ensure the successful characterization, launch and implementations of key initiatives and processes in the department.
Manage the scope and schedule the resources towards key initiatives.
Ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked and addressed.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as Business Operations/Project Manager in high-tech.
Proven experience in leading End-to-End crossed teams projects.
Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
