Business Operations Manager

• Proven experience in operations, business operations, commercial operations, or a related role within a technology company.
• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to assess the business implications of operational decisions.
• Hands-on experience working with commercial contracts, including key terms, obligations, pricing, renewals, termination provisions, and risk identification.
• Deep, practical knowledge of advanced AI tools and their application in real business environments.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows using leading LLMs, automation platforms, AI agents, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• A builder’s mindset: you do not just maintain processes you improve and scale them.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management, procurement, CRM, or workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion AI, or comparable platforms.
• Experience designing internal AI agents, prompt libraries, or automated knowledge systems.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership.
