Our FP&A team is growing, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join us!
You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw business data into actionable insights.
Working closely with FP&A and data professionals, this role ensures stakeholders have continuous access to reliable data, empowering informed decision-making across the organization.
What will you do?
- Lead the testing and validation of the company data warehouse to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical tools to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Analyze complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Orchestrate and lead the companys presentations used by senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
- See beyond numbers and take part in informing, influencing, supporting, and executing companys business decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights.
