We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead to join our growing organization.
The BI Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of BI analysts and developers to deliver high-quality BI solutions that drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in BI tools and technologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing BI projects.

Leading the organization to adopt advance BI tools use and BI concept.
End-to-end responsibility for processes design, develop, test, monitor, support and maintain.
Guiding business and developments teams to use reports and alerts properly.
Work closely with business, data, product and tech teams.

Relevant degree or studies (Information Systems / Industrial Engineering /etc) A must
Proven experience with BI tools Tableau (a big advantage), Power BI, etc A must.
Experience writing complex queries in SQL A must
Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution A must.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in project management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
