Marketing Automation Admin We are seeking a Marketing Automation Admin to join our team. This role demands a strong hands-on approach to managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing automation system. Responsibilities:
* Implementing marketing automation campaigns.
* Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve results
* Work closely with marketing and sales teams
* Collaborate with development teams to implement and integrate marketing automation solutions
* Implement marketing automation across various company activities
* Analyze campaign performance data and present reports on key metrics like email open/click rates, landing page conversions, and ROI
* Oversee and maintain the organization's marketing automation software and evaluate new marketing technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation initiatives with overall marketing and business goals
* Stay updated on marketing automation platform best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation tools
* Maintenance and incident support for issues in the marketing automation platform

Skills:
* 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on execution
* Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying marketing automation campaigns across channels.
* Data-driven approach
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
* Hands-on experience using Braze as a marketing automation platform – an advantage
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and Liquid language – an advantage
Skills:
* 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on execution
