Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires frequent frontal meetings with clients, so strong interpersonal skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct frontal meetings with clients to present and demonstrate our services, addressing their needs and objections.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings.
