About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Analyst which lives and breathes data! Someone who can see beyond numbers and is curious to investigate and get insights, ready to solve problems and able to piece together information from multiple sources to create a complete picture.
As a Product Analyst you will make a direct impact on the company activity by delivering valuable insights into KPIs, creating tools and analyzing company's data. You will be operating within the BI team, communicating with cross-functional teams - understand needs and capture requirements, monitor performance, funnels, pain points, and proactively come up with actionable recommendations.
You Will:
Research and analyze large volume data sets in order to generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations
Design and create BI dashboards, reports and ad-hoc analysis to provide value and business performance monitoring
Define and analyze A/B tests to optimize product performance and understand user behavior
Take part in product-related decisions and identify opportunities for product improvements
Work closely with R&D and Product teams, understand objectives and create products that contribute to the company's goals.

At least 3 years experience working as a Data / Product Analyst in a B2C organization
Excellent analytical skills with experience of working through the full feature lifecycle
B.Sc. in Industry & Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience working with BI platforms like Tableau/Looker/Power BI etc.
A team player with a strong business sense
Strong SQL knowledge
Excellent communication skills with fluent English (written and oral)
Advantage:
Statistical Knowledge (A/B testing, causal analysis)
Experience working in the fintech industry and understanding of banking and monetary processes.
Experience working in a global company
Strong Python Knowledge
