We're looking for a brilliant, hardworking business analyst to join our growing high-performance team.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing the customers business needs, converting these into formal business requirements, providing guidance and producing materials that will allow the product team to define, develop and implement a solution that will meet these needs.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Analyse customers use-cases and model them into actionable recommendations within the product, crystalize measurable value propositions, offer solutions, present demos, and provide documentation and training, Support our customers business requirements gathering, Work with complex data to draw actionable insights, Design and create automatic reports, triggers and dashboards to promote data -driven decision making across the company and more.
Requirements:
B.Sc Eng/Economics
2 years of experience as a business analyst
Experience working with global customers
Highly proficient in Excel
Highly proficient in SQL Advantage
Experience working with reporting tools (Tableau/QlikView/PowerBi/Sisense) Advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
Great written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, Self-motivated and independent
Willingness to work with customers in different time-zones
Fluent English
