we are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack team lead to drive innovation in our cloud-based communication solutions team. As a Senior Full Stack team lead, you will oversee a dynamic group of 9 developers (6 existing + 3 new hires) working on cutting-edge products in the cloud communication sector. You'll be responsible for technical leadership, team mentoring, and collaboration with Product, UI / UX, and backend teams. What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of Full Stack development experience, with a focus on Front-End technologies
* 2+ years of experience leading a team of 5-6 developers
* Expertise in React and JAVA
* Strong experience with cloud technologies, especially GCP
* Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment strategies
* Experience working in Agile methodologies, including 2-week sprint management
* Basic understanding of DevOps principles
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in developing with GCP, graphs, tables, dashboards, and component-based architectures
* Experience with cloud-based communication solutions
* Familiarity with JAVA development (future potential) Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of 9 developers across two product lines
* Oversee the initial integration of 3 new developers, including buddy system implementation
* Collaborate directly with senior management during the team's growth phase
* Drive architectural decisions and implement best practices
* Ensure smooth communication between development teams and other departments
* Manage project timelines and deliverables in an Agile environment
