What were looking for:
Analyze and optimize raw and metadata based on company requests and business needs.
Translate requirements into effective solutions, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) ,interpret data using statistical techniques , and conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
Implement tracking and data collection methods, utilizing statistical techniques as needed.
Develop dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for products, features, and infrastructure.
Provide insights and suggestions to stakeholders by conducting in-depth analysis and research.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product visibility, serviceability, and quality.
Implement monitoring strategies and automate tasks to provide rapid feedback and diagnostics.
Monitor logs and metrics and create alerts to detect changes, issues, and potential attacks in production environments.
Develop and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, SQL procedures, and Python configuration scripts.
Perform troubleshooting and analysis, escalating issues as necessary and collaborating on cross-team issues.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, in a technical environment- MUST
4+ years of strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying
2+ years of strong scripting experience
Experience with AZURE or other cloud solutions - an advantage
Kusto Query language an Advantage
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. ,Grafana, Power BI) and statistical analysis techniques (e.g. Python).
Familiarity with tracking and data collection methods, and ETL processes.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence - an advantage
Strong troubleshooting ,excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Self-learning and infinite curiosity
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work autonomously.
