We are looking for a highly motivated IT & Cybersecurity support specialist to take a part of our mission and join the dynamic IT team.

Location: Netanya

You will optimize our IT infrastructure, provide essential IT and cybersecurity support to our global workforce, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, collaboration tools, and network infrastructure.

Requirements:
At least 2 years hands-on experience in IT support and helpdesk software and remote support tools- MUST
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS and Windows 10/11 devices- MUST
Experience in Linux - advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and Intune device management- including Active Directory, Group Policy, SharePoint, Exchange, and Team- MUST
Familiar with cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS preferred)- MUST
Foundational knowledge of network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs)- MUST
Exposure to cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.
Networks/Operating systems/ Cyber security /cloud certifications - advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to learn independently and adapt to evolving technologies.
