Position Overview:
Planning and Manage the overall program timeline including requirements, development, testing, DevOps, integration, and documentation.
Maintain a master agile program workplan based on the analysis of requirements and design documents.
Incorporate all possible constraints and dependencies; Manage external dependencies and coordinate integration milestones.
Execution:
Track the program progress, ensure issues get highlighted, addressed, and resolved timely and effectively.
Monitor KPIs and report status to the management team on a regular basis.
Detect early signs of a crisis and identify the potential risks and concerns. Proactively resolve conflicts to help the teams achieve their goals.
Manage the release process.
Program Management champion:
Drive effective PM process and best practices in the teams.
Promote continuous improvement through team learning and improvement process.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with various stakeholders to define, develop, and execute the program workplan.
You will be a subject matter expert and an influencer, with the ability to impact and improve the development processes and the quality of delivery.
You will develop an in-depth understanding of our products and their underlying technology

Requirements:
3+ years of Project Management experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
B.Sc. degree in Computer science, Information systems, or equivalent.
Experience in Agile methodology, as well as tools for project management.
Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of product managers, developers, DevOps, and others.
Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
Ability to lead through influence, to create short-term and long-term program plans, Critical, analytical, logical thinker.
Well experienced with Project Management methodology and familiar with the latest trends in the PM domain.
Proficient with Atlassian tools and Excel.
3+ years of Project Management experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
B.Sc. degree in Computer science, Information systems, or equivalent.
