We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Alison.ai, based in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a specific focus in the Martech / AI industry. This role involves executing marketing strategies that will drive the company's growth, market monitoring, competitor analysis, and the translation of data insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead growth.
Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including event marketing, PR, PPC, and content marketing.
Create compelling marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
Analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record in messaging strategy, event management, and PR.
Experience in leading demand-generation marketing initiatives with a proven ability to drive growth, preferably within a SaaS domain.
Strong analytical skills and previous experience in marketing analytics and data analysis to drive decision-making.
Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing initiatives and compelling materials.
Understanding of the campaign management process
Experience working with Hubspot - a plus
Excellent storytelling and verbal communication skills, making it easy for you to express ideas clearly and persuasively.
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring strategic thinking, hands-on execution, context switching, and effective management of multiple projects and priorities.
An exceptional team player with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelors degree in Communications / Business Management / Marketing or similar.
