Role Description:

The Marketing Communications Manager is a full-time role responsible for developing and executing marketing and brand strategies that support Metsudot’s mission and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating content for digital and print channels, coordinating organic and paid campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all media channels. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and the company’s public relations agency, while overseeing marketing activities, budgets, and performance.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in marketing and brand management, including paid campaign management
• Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of English proficiency
• Experience with AI tools, video production, and editing is an advantage
• Background in real estate is an advantage.
