We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the hiring process and help us strengthen our organization by attracting and securing the best available talent.

Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process for both Israeli and US positions, from initial kick-off with hiring managers to final offer negotiations and securing hires.
Build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct in-depth interviews, and guide candidates through the interview process.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop innovative engagement strategies and consistent processes that identify and attract the right talent for our business needs.
Lead and enhance our candidate experience initiatives, including managing the employee referral program.
Prepare and issue employment agreements, addressing candidate queries as needed.
Develop and execute employer branding strategies, manage our social media presence for recruitment, and oversee our careers page.
Continuously analyze recruitment processes and metrics to drive ongoing improvements.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

Minimum 4 years of experience as a talent acquisition.
Proficient in English and Hebrew - a must.
Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn recruiter etc), and ATS systems (Comeet) - an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and independent mindset with a strong initiative approach.
Creative approach to candidate attraction and strong sourcing capabilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills.
