Mapping the current physical and virtual infrastructure and determine the scope & timing of projects
Characterising organisational needs and establishing specification documents.
Identifying existing/new technological solutions and adapting them to the needs of various departments according to prioritisation (shop floor and offices)
Preparing and establishing the technological infrastructure and digitalization through all fields.
Creating work processes, documentation, implementation, maintaining and training.
KPIs & Managing work interfaces within the organization and externally, including the parent company

Academic education - Industrial and Management Engineer or IT related degree (B.Sc).
Previous experience in leading projects in the digital field or a similar role - a significant advantage.
Knowledge and familiarity with various types of technologies.
Knowledge and experience in AI & Digitalization.
Previous experience in an industrial company.
Very good command of English - reading, writing, and speaking - a must.
