The Role
We are looking for a customer support and Implementation full-time on-site team member to join us. As part of the role, you will be a member of the Help desk team withing the Support and Implementation group.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and support an existing customer
Onboarding and Implementation of new customers.
Customers training.
Work with maintenance and building management companies

Patient and calm personality characteristic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew fluent)
Proven experience in Help desk / Application Support
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent in-person communication
Good understanding of SW and Applications flow and user journey
Nice to have skills:
Experience working with Freshdesk
Customers services Experience
Experience working with SQL queries
Experience working with Monday
Experience with Google Gmail and G-Suite
Experience with Office365 products
Experience working with B2B
