Chief of Staff

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CTO Office in driving organizational efficiency and alignment with business objectives. As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a key advisor and confidant to the CTO and Co-Founder, helping to manage priorities, projects, and initiatives. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of discretion will be essential to your success in this role.

As a Chief of Staff you will...
Act as a trusted advisor to the CTO and Co-Founder
Collaborate with different teams to drive and execute strategic plans, goals, and objectives
Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities and timely completion
Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing materials, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Coordinate and allocate resources across various programs and projects, balancing priorities and optimizing performance
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, partners, and customers
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflows, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
