In this role, you will be responsible for, and involved in the whole journey from end-to-end: feature discussions with the Product Managers and development teams, working with the scrum teams using agile methodology, and creating and uploading documentation to a customer-facing site.
How will you make an impact?
Creating internal-user and end-user guides
Providing clear, concise, and user-friendly information that follows our style guide
Collaborating with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment, while adhering to sprint and release milestones
Meeting scrum and product deadlines and updating according to internal customer and end customer feedback.
Integrating with the Documentation team, while working independently with stakeholders
Critical thinking to help push boundaries, for example using AI to improve quality and efficiency
Working in a complex, dynamic, and global environment
How will you make an impact?

Highly motivated, organized and strong self-managed
Experience creating clear and structured guides for different audiences, using single-sourcing and conditions
Current and proven experience in an agile software development environment
3 5 years experience as a Technical Writer
You will have an advantage if you also have:
Experience/knowledge of Flare
Experience working in GitHub
Experience working in Jira
Experience in UX microcopy
Experience in video creation
Highly motivated, organized and strong self-managed
Experience creating clear and structured guides for different audiences, using single-sourcing and conditions
Current and proven experience in an agile software development environment
3 5 years experience as a Technical Writer
