We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to manage and maintain our company's infrastructure,
which includes a mix of on-premise and cloud components. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in Linux systems, networking, security, and virtualization.
Responsibilities:
Set up, maintain, and monitor the company's infrastructure, including both on-premise and
cloud components.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess IT requirements, design and
implement solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Manage essential components for company operations, such as VPNs, software development
platforms, communication tools, and network hardware, including servers, office computers,
routers, and switches.
Oversee the onboarding of new personnel, managing access control, and maintaining secrets.
Lead and execute IT projects.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience in a IT Manager or system Administration position.
Strong background in information security security-conscious mindset.
Strong ability to work independently with excellent self-management, troubleshooting, and
problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
Extensive experience with Linux, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Proficiency in using command-line tools and shell scripts for operations and automation.
In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies (QEMU, Proxmox, VMware, Docker, ESXi, or
Hyper-V).
Advanced knowledge of networking and network protocols.
Experience implementing advanced network configurations, such as tunnels/VPNs, and
managing network rules.
