Financial Controller

Venus Concept LTD subsidiary of a public company in the Medical Devices industry is seeking for talented Financial Controller to join the finance department.
The right person for the job should be a financial leader, with high motivation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements: monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to US GAAP.
Ensure the month close is completed accurately and within the monthly close cycle, including the preparation, review of all Balance Sheet account reconciliations and key accruals, and analytical review of all P&L items.
Managing and reporting monthly CF.
Ongoing communication with HQ in Canada and 8 subsidiaries abroad.
Plan, direct and coordinate all accounting operations in Israel.
Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, procedures and timelines.
Analyzing the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, margins, costs, and compliance within budget
Responsible for the tax filings and assuring the Transfer Price policy is being implemented correctly.
Preparing annual budget and monitoring budget VS actual.
Ad Hoc reports.
