* Provide ongoing HR support and guidance to company employees.
* Supporting recruiting activities in the units, partnership with hiring managers.
* Provide HR data analysis, supported by data consolidation, analytics, and presentations and create action plans based on them.
* Analyze and support Compensation & Benefits processes.
* Supporting training and professional development related activities and administration.
* Shift's focal point for our 3rd party vendors in Israel.
