We're now looking for an experienced HR Partner and Analytics to join our team during this exciting time! Our person is a professional, high motivated, people oriented, responsible and caring who want to be part of an amazing HR team in a unique Fintech, full with brilliant people! What You'll Do
* Provide ongoing HR support and guidance to company employees.
* Supporting recruiting activities in the units, partnership with hiring managers.
* Provide HR data analysis, supported by data consolidation, analytics, and presentations and create action plans based on them.
* Analyze and support Compensation & Benefits processes.
* Supporting training and professional development related activities and administration.
* Shift's focal point for our 3rd party vendors in Israel.

Requirements:
* People first approach.
* 2-3 years in HR roles.
* Passion about HR and eager to search, learn and grow.
* Analytics skills.
* Fluent English.
