As an engineering manager, youll join to code and lead engineers in an empowered product squad. Youll play a big part in architecting and developing our building operating system and our applications stack and work with the team to plan, shape, and deliver impactful outcomes.
As a leader in the team, you are expected to work in one box with your product manager and lead designer and grow the engineers personally and professionally.

You have strong product mastery: you put users at the center - you have empathy and patience to understand our users needs and expectations and the balance between product, sales, and operations.
You have experience cultivating engineering practices and processese.g., code review, incident management, continuous deploymentwhere they didn't exist or scale before.
You have 4+ years of experience working as a full-stack developer in a product-centric team.
You have led or managed engineering teams at startups before, particularly during periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
You hold a BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related subject.
