Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team.
As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical products and our clients' business needs and in delivering tailored solutions to our clients using our SaaS offerings, as part of new clients onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with clients, implementation engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of our SaaS solutions, meeting the unique business needs of each client.
We are seeking the inaugural team member who will play a key role in constructing operational workflows and developing tools aimed at enhancing the efficiency and efficacy of our work.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Project Scope: Work with clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand their unique business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Technical Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our platform, and its capabilities. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to SaaS architecture and solutions.
Client Collaboration: Engage in workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive and lead the discovery phase, in which the requirements will be gathered, and communicate the proposed solution to clients. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technical decisions and trade-offs.
Customization and Integration: Identify opportunities for customizations and integrations to tailor the solution to the client's specific needs. Collaborate with our implementation team to ensure successful implementation.
Project Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
Quality Assurance: Perform technical reviews and assessments to ensure the solution's alignment with architecture standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
