We are looking for a Talent Acquisition team lead to become an integral part of our dynamic HR Team in Tel Aviv.?Wake up for this: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent within the organization. This includes evaluating hiring needs, forecasting future workforce requirements, and designing initiatives to attract highly qualified candidates.
* Establish and maintain data best practices to ensure accuracy and consistency in tracking KPIs and metrics related to talent acquisition. Use this data to improve recruitment processes, manage budgets, and provide insights to hiring managers and senior leadership.
* Ensure candidates have a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey, reflecting the companys values and culture. Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
* Manage and optimize the performance and efficiency of our Applicant Tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the recruitment field to drive innovation and improve processes.
