we are looking for a Senior Product Writer
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and implementation teams to deeply understand our products and their documentation requirements.
Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base tool, ensuring premium documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Transform complex workflows, codes, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), mockups, technical specifications, and integration processes into accessible, user-friendly guides.
Augment documentation with effective visuals like photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts.
Focus on UX writing, including crafting and maintaining voice, tone, and copy style guides, to ensure consistency and standardization across all technical documentation.
Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging and informative content.
Innovate and suggest new methods to enhance technical information delivery and processes.

Leading and mentoring other Technical Writers across London.
Exceptional technical writing skills, with a strong ability for storytelling and effective microcopy.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in technical writing.
Independent in conducting research and producing comprehensive documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills, effective in working with diverse, global teams.
Adept at managing collaborations across different time zones.
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and excelling in a high-paced environment.
Proactive and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
